fedora 4 redhat 9的vsftpd不能启动

在启动vsftpd时系统报successful,但是status却是：vsftpd dead but subsys locked
使用ps -ef | grep ftpd没有结果
使用netstat -a | grep ftpd也没有结果
在ftp时出现
ftp zyl_linux
