请问visualage c＋＋6.0是几张盘呀，使用smitty installp安装吗？

安装visualage c++ 6，按照README.password文件，使用i4config配置LUM和i4blt完成enroll过程后编译程序，能够编译文件，但报告错误1506-507 (W) No licenses available. Contact your program supplier to add additional users. Compilation will proceed shortly.但是能够编译成功。使用./i4blt -sl cn命令报告：
