问题解决了，是一些基本的问题：
1,内存安插错了，二条内存报错，四条内存正确装法是0A-0B,2A-AB，上面报mem test是我开始是0A-0B,1A-1B,
2,没有安装PCI卡,最低配置上必须要一条PCI卡，我加了一块网卡与HBA。

基本功不扎实，很悲剧。目前安装OS中。
