现在有H70服务器，控制面板报错：E080，请指教。

it may be a hardware or a firmware problem. You should connect a serial console
at port COM1 (normally 9600 Baud, 8 bit, no parity) to see the error message (a
graphical console does not show the firmware tests).

If the boot process stops before the hardware tests, you should boot from a
firmware diskette. Otherwise you may find the adapter where the firmware tests
stop.

当前情况：

1.2台H70服务器，做的是双机热备，配置完全一样；

2.其中一台没有问题（主机），备机提示E080，且重启和关机都不管用。

需要升级微码！
用软盘升级！
具体：
   1。下载最新的微码，一般为bin格式文件。
  http://techsupport.services.ibm.com/server/mdownload2/download.html
    2。Insert a new DOS-formatted diskette containing the service processor firmware update into the diskette drive. The firmware image must be named spflash.img.
Note :Insert the diskette only after checkpoint E080 displays.
    3. Cycle ac power and retry the flash recovery.
    4.Cycle the ac power again with another now diskeete and retry the flash recovery.
    5.Replace the I/O board.

系统有何变化？比如，更换硬盘，pci卡，或做驱动升级

可以将所有不必要设备（除显卡外的pci卡）先拆下来，试试
