Job Summary      
We are seeking a Systems Administrator to join our Engineering Operations team. Within the Hosted and Shared Services team, Engineering Operations hosts and manages the infrastructure used by engineering to develop and produce world-class open source software. In this role, you will work as part of a global team in our North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific regions. As a Senior Systems Administrator, you\'ll investigate, communicate, and troubleshoot escalated issues coming from our frontline support engineers. You will also act as a mentor to other junior staff, while collaborating with team members to determine the root cause of technical issues and the best course of action to resolve them.        
工作任务：        
-监测系统及产品，维护日常性能        
-维护数据中心及灾难恢复、监控与报警系统        
-推进业务连续性的设计开发        
-计划并执行日常维护，减少宕机        
-提供高质量的服务水平，及时解决问题        
-随时接受工作调度，可在晚间和周末工作        
素质要求：        
-5年以上相关全球化团队工作经验        
-扎实的Unix和Linux基础；有Linux证书者更佳        
-具备云计算领域的经验能力，沟通能力较好，待人友好，善于高效倾听答疑        
-熟练的分析与问题解决能力，注重细节        
-适应较大的工作压力，能接受24*7的工作待命调度
