职位要求：
Responsibilities:
1.        Hands-on with every aspect of our technical operations.
2.        Improve and scale a highly available ad serving platform to handle
billions of requests daily worldwide.
3.        Implement infrastructure, system, application level monitoring to ensure high system availability.
4.        Improve and manage application/configuration deployment tools.
5.        Architecture design and capacity planning using system metrics.
6.        Work with a world-class engineering team to tune and scale our production environment.
7.        Design and see your creative ideas implemented in production.
8.        Maintain system availability.

Requirements:
1.        Experience with using Amazon Web Services, including API and CLI.
2.        Experience with administration of Hadoop, HBase, Hive, and other open
source big data technologies.
3.        Experience with CentOS, Puppet, Fabric, MySQL, Memcache, Apache, HAProxy.
4.        Experience with Networking, Security, Colocation, CDN.
5.        Experience with Nagios, Monit, Cacti, Graphite, Redis.
6.        Experience with server virtualization technology, KVM, XEN, VMWare.
7.        Experience with scripting in various shell, Perl, Python, PHP.
8.        Excellent oral/written communication and documentation skills.
9.        Willingness to travel to colocation and occasional physical equipment install.
