Job description:
As development engineer within Teleca you mainly work with development or adaptation of application software or/and integration work towards different handsets or platforms.
Working tasks and technical area in detail can and will vary and depends of course on experience, customer and project even though the basic understanding of the special requirements in an embedded environment still is the same

Responsibilities:
As a senior member of the team, this person will be responsible for design and architecture of the solution working closely with the architect. The job will focus on evaluating BREW platform and identifying if the feature can be implemented using BREW extensions or if 3rd party solution is needed. The person will be responsible for a feature by leading a team and will make sure that the feature is delivered on time.


Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in Mobile Telecommunication Domain and mobile or hand-held device applications
- 2+ years in Brew development (must be well versed in all system APIs for system Integration)
- Expertise in Brew Tools Suite
- Expertise in Brew Debugger
- Experience with Version Control System (Perforce/Clearcase)
- Expertise in Microsoft Visual Studio 6.0, .NET 2003, Microsoft Visual Studio 2005
- Experience with LINT/PC-LINT
- Expertise in JTAG debugging
- Expertise in Purify/BoundsChecker/Any Memory Debugger tool
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Troubleshooting and Debugging Skills
- Strong Analytical Skills
