Mapics /xa ERP项目实施计划

Mapics在国内应用比较少,主要是一些跨国企业,而且多于是欧美企业应用,最近项目上马,草拟了一个实施计划,参考了百事的实施方案,初拟如下:

    一.项目计划及组织结构Project Plan & Organization structure

        1. 制订整个项目的组织结构 Build organization structure for the project
　　2. 制订项目的目标 Set target for the project
　　3. 制订实施策略及宏观计划 Make implement strategy and macro-plan
　　4. 宣布项目的开始，举行项目小组的第一次会议 Declare the opening of project, hold first meeting
　　5. 制订量度系统成功与否的检查标准 Create standard of checking whether measurement system succeed or not
　　6. 列出所需的修改 List modification needed
　　7. 列出所有的接口 List all interface
　　8. 具体的人员需求安排 Arrange detailed personnel demand

    二、会议室阶段Conference room pilot

　　1. 项目小组人员的教育 Educate team members
　　2. 关键用户的培训 Train key-user　　
　　3. 建立导入数据库 Build input data base　　
　　4. 业务模拟 Operation stimulation
　　5. 制订转换计划 Make transform plan
　　6.制订相关的规章制度及操作规程 Create relevant bylaw and operation regulation　　
　　7. 标出所需的修改和开发 Mark points need modification and development　　
　　8. 标出要建立的接口 Mark connector to be built　　
　　9. 详细的业务流程计划 Make detailed operation process plan
　　10. 分析/回顾/调整 Analyze/review/adjust

    三、业务模拟阶段Business Pilot

　　1. 关键用户的培训 Train key-user
　　2. 最终用户培训 Train end-user
　　3. 应用到实际运作中 Apply in actual operation
　　4. 建立数据库 Build database
　　5. 制订转换计划 Make transform plan
　　6. 制订相关的规章制度及操作规程 Create relevant bylaw and operation regulation
　　7. 标出所需的修改和开发 Mark points need modification and development
　　8. 标出要建立的接口 Mark connector to be built
　　9. 详细的业务流程计划 Make detailed operation process plan
　　10. 分析/回顾/调整 Analyze/review/adjust

    四、系统启动System Startup

　　1. 最终的安全设置 Final security setting
　　2. 并行运行 Parallel run
　　3. 应用到实际运作中 Apply into operation
　　4. 获得项目委员会批准 Get approval from the committee
　　5. 正式运行 Start to run formally
　　6. 实施所作的修改 Implement the modification
　　7. 实施模块间的接口 Implement the connector between modules
　　8. 制订实施回顾计划 Make plan
　　9. 分析/回顾/调整 Analyze/review/adjust

    五、实施后回顾 Review after implementation

　　1. 调查 Research
　　2. 分析 Analyze
　　3. 调查及分析报告的介绍 Present research and analysis report
　　4. 制定下一阶段计划 Make plan for next stage
