ipmitool问题：能ping不能获取远程服务器状态

IPMI使用UDP 623来通信。  要确保A机器到10.70.10.81的UDP 623端口可达。

可以在本地抓包看看有没有UDP 623端口的返回数据来判断是否正常建立了通信。
