首先说一下基本环境：3台服务器，rac1和rac2，一台模拟iscsi存储服务器，按照一些Oracle的安装文档把基本环境搭建起来了，安装GI的过程中，在节点1执行root.sh的时候，总是报一个错:Failed to create voting files on disk group DATA ,大概是选举磁盘无法创建，下面是执行root.sh的输出，
