the "ttaenc" is a tool for encoding/decoding TTA audio files in CLI.(http://tta.sourceforge.net/)
I installed it by ports, and the version is "ttaenc 3.3", compiling with no error.
And then here comes the problem:
1. when i want to change a tta audio file into flac, I cannot decode the tta file at all, saying "Error: not compatible file format", however this files is played well in Windows. Moreover, it's said that my tta file doesn't have valid TTA ID, as "Error: TTA ID is not found", but how is it played in Windows?!
2. I just tested whether there's problem elsewhere, I decode a flac file into wav, and still the ttaenc cannot encode the wav at all, saying "Error: not compatible file format". The info of the wav is " RIFF (little-endian) data, WAVE audio, Microsoft PCM, 16 bit, stereo 44100 Hz", is there anything incompatible in the format of wav?
Thanks for anyone figuring out where the problem lays. If info not enough, just follow to tell me.
