Title:                 WebLogic Event Server Engineer
Location:          Beijing, China
Major Job Duties:
•        You will be responsible for the implementation of System Visualizer for EvS
•        Responsibilities include writing functional specification, writing code, unit testing and writing internal documentation.
Qualifications/Necessary Skills:
•        Very strong development skills in distributed system software development requiring 3+ years of experience.
•        Must have experience with implementation and design of Web 2.0 Applications and browser centric applications
•        Strong experience with Web technologies HTTP and HTTP  streaming technologies and design skills (CSS)
•        Strong experience with Portlet, Dojo libraries and Adobe Flex, ActionScript 3.0 and Air.
•        Highly desirable experience with OSGi
•        Strong experiences with XML, JSON, REST and SOAP
•        Experience with developing concurrent middleware and systems infrastructures which are highly threaded
•        Experience with latency sensitive applications and infrastructure.  
•        Extensive experience with Java and ANT.
•        Highly desired experience with the development of middleware infrastructures (i.e. application servers).
•        Experience with Open Source technologies, i.e., Spring, Tomcat, XMLBean, Jetty and MX4J.
•        Solid UNIX and NT development environments experience.
•        Experience working with cross organizational development teams.
•        Strong desire to innovate.
•        Excellent oral and written communication skills.
•        Demonstrated ability to be effective in a dynamic, fast paced environment.  Must be able to react quickly and calmly to change.
•        Be able to entertain multiple points of view and make justifiable tradeoff decisions.

Title:                 Test Development Engineer, Common Security Services
Location:          Beijing, China
Major Job Duties:
Member of a team that tests security infrastructure technology and products. The team is responsible for a security infrastructure module which provides common security services, including authentication, authorization and auditing, to BEA product family.
•        Design and implementing tests for testing security features
•        Diagnose test results and report product bugs
•        Maintaining and enhancing test infrastructure
•        Review product specification and documentation
Qualifications:
•        MS/BS in Computer Science, or equivalent
•        2+ years of software development or testing experience
•        Strong Java/Ant programming skill
•        Good understanding in test methodology and experienced with related tools
•        Good communication skill and team work spirit
•        Good verbal and written English skills
Desirable knowledge or skills:
•        Knowledge/experience in security technology, such as PKI, JAAS, XACML, SSL, SAML is a big plus
•        Experience in commercial database & LDAP servers is a plus
•        Experience in UNIX/Linux and/or scripting language is a plus
•        Knowledge/experience in J2EE technology and product is a plus
