Business Analyst (BA)
Job Description:
•        Plan and perform requirements gathering activities according to project scope with compliance to organization standards
•        Document detail requirements in Functional Specification Document (FSD) and related documents
•        Assist/co-work with Technical Architect (TA) and Software Development Engineer in software development for the project
•        Coordinate among Customers, System Integrator and the software development teams
•        Complete and obtain client approval for Functional Specification Document (FSD)
•        Review and approve test cases written by test engineers (QA)
•        articipate in system integration test (SIT) and user acceptance test (UAT)
•        Involve in system test result evaluation
•        Coordinate and support Customers during UAT/ORT period
•        Report activity status to team leader as defined in project organization chart
•        Mentor new project team members

Qualification:
•        Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or other IT related fields.
•        At least 5 years working experience in Information Technology with 2 year in Business Analyst position
•        Preferred experience includes system analysis and design, software development and testing. Consulting and Project management experience is a plus
•        Background in banking business is a plus
•        Excellent analytical skills, Strong organizational skills
•        Possess capability to work well with non-technical staff in defining requirements
•        Knowledge and experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a plus
•        Self-motivated & result oriented and able to work with minimal supervision
•        Team player and able to work in multi-cultural environment
•        Strong ownership feeling
•        Must have the ability to interact with senior external personnel on significant functional matters often requiring coordination between organizations
•        Must be a self-starter
•        Ability to work in a fast paced environment with aggressive deadlines
•        Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills
•        Excellent Thai and English communication skills with presentation skills
