现 需要在无锡招一名 网络方面的工程师，除技术经验外还需要人员负责一些项目协调和管理的工作。要求能够进行英文口语交流\六级以上（会和global Team 有工作上的直
接交流）,cost 在 5-6K，具体的JD 如下：
Description
1.Principally responsible for project end-to-end delivery of voice and data network infrastructure including wired and wireless technologies.
2.Responsible for overall IT infrastructure project planning, management, and delivery of services with complete ownership over results and success.
3.Responsible for project management, testing, performance management, change management, supplier performance management, order processing, and asset
management
4.Partner with sourcing team in review and negotiation
5.Partner with End User Support team and IT Helpdesk team in project execution and network/voice case troubleshooting.
6.Provides information to the business on cost, schedule, and quality
7.Design and resolve complex customer problems in a variety of support methods
8.Provide input to GIS team on problem analysis.
Qualifications:
1.Working knowledge/experience of network & voice protocols, monitoring, and operations
2.Working knowledge of CISCO, Avaya network and voice equipment.
3.Experience in collaborating with multiple suppliers in a regional environment
4.Ability to communicate effectively and sincerely in customer interactions
5.Project management knowledge and experience
6.Ability of English communication
Education and Work Experience:
1.BS degree in Information Systems or related field
2.2-5 years IT network infrastructure delivery/project management experience
3.Industry certified egacross multiple countries a plus . CCNA, CCNP, MCSE or Avaya is an advantage
