Job description
- Provide 24X7 System Monitoring and event reporting
- Maintain and monitor systems performance, security and threshold requirements
- Ensure the accurate and timely recording of support effort according to contractual commitments
- Conform to business controls ie. audit requirements, Business Conduct Guidelines, Confidentiality Agreements,
- Maintain a good understanding of business needs and priorities,
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures,
- Review and provide update information for operational documentation,
- Problem and Change management based on IBM process
- Operation Supports the processing environments

看他的要求好象是内部的系统问题处理的。不知道怎么样？？？
