Job Description
Quality consultants define, develop and implement initiatives that will improve core entity business processes. As part of a major re-engineering initiative, you'll analyze customer and process data, come up with ideas that will increase process quality, customer loyalty and customer satisfaction, and in doing so you'll be a key influence in our customer-centered organization. You'll also assist in the implementation of business plans and initiatives. Leading the management and continuous improvement of EIC Assurance Quality System, this multi-national, multi-cultural role has a very high impact on the success and quality of the work that we and our partners do, the cost of providing support, and ultimately our bottom line.
Responsibility:
1.      TSG Quality system maintenance
a)      ISO 9001:2000 certification maintenance, yearly ISO audit coordination, self audit arrangement
b)      Ministry of Information Industry SI certification (信息产业部
系统集成一级资质) renewal
c)      Report the business data to 信产部 on yearly basis for their review
d)      Maintain and renew SI and Senior SI certificate for PMs
e)      Coordinate APJ region certification related tasks
2.      HP Lean Sigma generalization
a)      Coordinate the resources for PBI, Green belt, Black belt and LBI trainings
b)      Coordinate Green belt and Black belt certificate applications for TSG employee
c)      Be the instructor of PBI and Green belt training
d)      Be the consultant of Green belt projects within TSG
e)      Share the Lean Sigma methodology with the customers who has this requirement
f)      Host TSG Quality Convention on yearly basis
g)      Maintain TSG GB project information in PICS system
3.      Business Process Improvement
a)      Find the improvement areas in current process base on customer feedbacks or internal feedbacks
b)      Lead or facilitate the improvement projects

Profile:
Bachelor's (undergraduate) degree or Master's (graduate) degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Process Engineering, Product Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Math or equivalent diploma or experience.

Ability to advise and influence others over complex issues
Keen awareness of customer perceptions and competitors offerings
Exceptional consulting and communication skills
Project management skills
Research technical issues and generate creative/innovative solutions
Fluency in English and local language
