职位名称：日语存储技术支持后线工程师
职位要求：
1、三年以上服务器，HP-UX小型机、存储维护、技术相关工作经验；
2、Unix、Windows、Linux三大系统，至少精通一种；
3、日语流利，一级以上，可在工作中无障碍交流；
4、英语CET-4相当水平，能够进行简单的交流；
5、工作中要有独立发现问题，解决问题的努力，要有不断学习新知识的意识；
6、有日语服务器或存储技术支持工作经验者优先；
7、良好的沟通能力及电话对应技巧能力，要有客服意识；
Attitude towards customer issues:
The CC Engineer will be prepared to take full and absolute ownership of a customer's technical problem until resolution. This will include keeping the customer informed in line with the commitments made in this respect. S/he will be creative, open minded & will be guided, but not hindered, by process in pursuit of a solution to a customer's problem. The CC engineer's primary mission is a quick complete solution or workaround for problem.
The jobholder must demonstrate:
- Willingness to grasp the opportunity to learn new technologies and methodologies
- In-depth knowledge of at least one Server OS environment.
- Keen interest in Storage/SAN and Server technologies.
- Systematic thinking
- Results focused
- Initiative
- Be motivated by new challenges/technology.
Language Skills:
The Engineer must have Japanese Speaking skills and English Reading/Writing skill. and also Fluent Japanese business conversation.
− Japanese Speaker (Japanese Language Skill "B- ")
− English reading/writing
− Cooperative mind, Team work
− Service mind for the customer
− Graduate from Computer Science or Physical science or Engineering, or they have same skill
− Fluent Japanese business conversation (more than three years of social experience) .
− Storage Skill (Fibre/SCSI/RAID/Disk Array), at least L1 Skill Level
