Responsibilities:
The IT system administrator is required to have knowledge in PC, Server, and enterprise network troubleshooting. Expertise in computer repair, system installation, assembly, desktop and server application program installation/support, and system upgrades. Prior experience is required with Microsoft product integration and configuration, including but not limited to: Microsoft server operating systems, Microsoft exchange, Linux, Virtualization experience, Proven hardware troubleshooting, documentation and customer relations skills.

Qualifications:
1.4+ years Desktop support or relevant systems support experience in MNCs.
2.College degree or equivalent preferred
3.Expertise in computer repair, system installation, assembly, desktop and server application program installation/support, and system upgrades
4.Expertise in Windows 2000, XP, 2003, Vista, and Linux operating systems and knowledge of Windows registry and group policies
5.Experience with Microsoft product integration and configuration, including Microsoft server operating systems, Microsoft Exchange, VMWARE and Linux
6.Strong technical knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware, peripherals and mobile devices
7.Proven hardware/software/network troubleshooting, documentation, and customer relations skills
8.Strong understanding of PC desktop and Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, desktop OS
9.Understand the use of desktop management and scripting tools and experience with desktop image development strategies
10.Must have good communication skill, both in English and Mandarin, written and spoken.
