菜鸟请教oracle文字显示问题

在VMware 7.0 中安装了rhel 5.5 和 oracle 11g R2,但在用启动oracle的时候遇到如下的显

示（显示问号的地方）问题，请高手帮忙看看，是什么地方没有设置好
sqlplus /nolog

oracle的字符集为：

select userenv('language') from dual;

USERENV('LANGUAGE')
----------------------------------------------------
SIMPLIFIED CHINESE_CHINA.AL32UTF8

linux的语言环境为：
LANG="zh_CN.UTF-8"

SecureCRT 的语言坏境也是：UTF-8

但还是会出现上面的：？？

应该是LANG环境变量问题。直接在LINUX里试试。

还是系统的LANG汉字编码问题，试试ZHS16GBK，干脆，用英文方便，LANG=c

win是GBK的编码，linux默认是utf8，要么linux改成gbk的，要么用putty或者其他工具连得时候选一下字符集
