Job Description:

1.      Router developer Engineer（BJ-ED-1806）

Responsibilities:

Work on NG-SDH, MSTP, Metro Ethernet switch, access router product.

Work on product related features.

CES (Circuit Emulation), experience with TDM or ETH also considered.

SyncE/1588 (Synchronous Ethernet, ITU-T G.8262).

OAM features(Y.1731, 802.1ag, SNMP, etc).

Perform unit test and integration in software development group.

Maintain software modules and support deployment.

Trouble shooting on the deployed network.


Requirements:


BE/ME in CE/CS or similar field, 5 years work experience in telecom product area.

Strong C programming skills.

Strong problem solving and software development/troubleshooting skill.

One of the strong background below.

Hands on experience on switch/router embedded system software development.

Hands on experience on IP routing (any routing protocols like OSPF, ISIS, BGP). MPLS-TP is preferred.

Hands on experience on ASIC driver, Network Processor microcode and packet forwarding.

Hands on experience on SDH/SONET product (any cross connect, SNCP, MSP, Synchronization).

Must be a self-starter, team player, be able to work cohesively within the team and across geographically spread teams to accomplish results.



2.      Integration &Verification Engineer (BJ-ET-1807)

Responsibilities

To carry out the assigned tasks and report progress to the NDO Head.

To support the R&D or I&V manager in the task to ensure that the designed products fulfill the requirement in an efficient way.

Design, review, execute, debug the test. Report issue (TR) found during the test and verify the fix of the TR

Responsible to ensure quality of the deliverables (products, processes and services) from the job assigned covering system design to End-user documentation

Participate in technical co-ordination teams, when applicable.

Attend technical seminars.

Participate in pre-studies, ensuring transfer of applicable knowledge.


QUALIFICATION

Master/Bachelor degree in CS, EE, Telecom or equivalent

Excellent knowledge of Communication systems and their design

Good communication skills and social ability.

Fluent in English speaking and writing.

Excellent teamwork and cooperation spirit, both professional and personal integrity, proactive and positive learning attitude.

Experience with at least one of the following areas:

Transmission systems

Routing

Ethernet Switching

Network Management

MEF

TCP/IP Protocol Stack

Experience with SW or HW development is a plus.
