Job Roles and Responsibilities

Server Mgmt - AIX Administrator:

The major responsibilities:

Technical Services position encompasses Service Delivery, Delivery Operations and includes:

- Administer central and/or distributed computer systems and its environment of AIX and Tape Devices and Storage/SAN and the middleware products on it.

- Assist with the identification of problems related to the hardware and OS and middleware product/service installation update configuration operations performance or other aspects of information technology products & services.

- Suggests and/or implements solutions to resolve problems & ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Interfaces with 3rd party support vendors for problem resolution.

- Assist with implementation & maintenance of the business recovery plan & procedures for minor systems.

- Supports the coordination of the processing environments

Required
•        Associate's Degree/College Diploma
•        At least 2 years experience in Unix System Administration,Unix -AIX 5.3,HACMP,pSeries hardware
•        English: Basic knowledge
•        Japanese: Intermediate

Preferred
•        Bachelor's Degree
