RHEL 4上dovecot编译安装

dovecot1.2.0
编译安装在/usr/local/dovecot后能启动，但是/var/log/maillog报错：

我的mysql也是编译安装在/usr/local/mysql
telnet localhost 110能通。但是配了outlook，接收的时候提示用户密码不对，但是这个密码就是passwd user的密码啊。
