RH9系统中是否没有该目录：/proc/sys/net/ipv4/netfilter
我系统中有的只有两个目录neigh，route

我想通过修改/proc/sys/net/ipv4/netfilter/ip_conntrack_tcp_timeout_established 的值来改变TCP连接建立时间。
