ext3分区系统是否会保留一部分空间不能用？

本来是fat32分区的

重新分区后

Units = cylinders of 16065 * 512 = 8225280 bytes

/dev/hdd1             1     24792 199141708+  83  Linux


文件系统              容量  已用 可用 已用%
/dev/hdd1             187G   33M  178G   1%

为什么刚分了区空间就丢了这么多？
