在我的数据库日志中出现下面的日志信息:01:00000:00089:2004/02/20 10:15:06.11 server  DUMP TRANSACTION for database 'cwbase16' could not truncate the log. Either extend the log using ALTER DATABASE ... LOG ON command or eliminate the oldest active transaction in database 'cwbase16' shown in syslogshold table.

造成用户无法正常使用.
请问这是怎么造成的?如何解决?
