Linux "切换任务" 用什么命令??

我要切换到其中的一个.... 要用什么命令啊..?

正在播放...
这时, 我才决定要把它搞到后台去运行.
要怎么做?
不能用Ctrl+Z, 因为这样的话音乐就立刻停了.

例如我运行了一个游戏 hellgame,
然后用 Ctrl + Z 把它suspend掉, 搞到后台去了, prompt出来了,

现在想回到这个游戏..
