Degree Qualification：BS or above in Computer Science or business related
Expected Experience：3-10 years PeopleSoft HCM or FSCM v8 or v9 experience
Technical Skills：
•Ability to elicit business requirements from client
•Ability to track requirements and perform gap analysis
•Ability to create high level designs
•Ability to create process flow charts using commonly available tools
•Ability to create test plans and scripts for various test phases
•Knowledge or backround in Accounting, core HR or Global Payroll
•Can use PS Query tool
Management Skills： Ability to mentor junior consultants
Language Skills： Good written and oral communication skill in both English and Chinese

Technical Skills：
•Minimum 8+ year of development/implementation experience in PeopleSoft HCM or FSCM v8 or v9;
•Minimum 3 years of ERP/CRM/SCM hands-on Project Management experiences, having led team on client sides;
• roficiency in multiple modules of Oracle applications and sound knowledge of complete life-cycle implementation of Oracle applications;
•Experience in blended offshore/onshore global delivery model is a plus;
•Good analytical ability and problem solving skills;
•Good presentation and interpersonal skills;
•roficiency in Mandarin and English with ability to communicate with international customer directly
•Good leadership skills
•Bachelor Degree in computer science or related and above

Detail Job Description：
•Lead project team to complete projects based on Company and CMMI quality process guidelines
•Be responsible for overall project delivery satisfaction
•Ensure adherence to organization practices, business process & standards
• Plan, schedule and track progress of the overall transformation project, including: scope management, schedule, resource/staffing, Risk mitigation/contingency plans, issue resolutions, milestones reviews/ Status reports, etc
•Ensure proper integration and coordination between different tracks & teams。

•Ability to create unit test scripts and execute
•Ability to create test plans and scripts for various test phases
•Knowledge or backround in Accounting, core HR or Global Payroll would be helpful
