项目背景：
摩根大通（简称JPMC）之前在印度设立研发中心，目前打算将该中心挪至中国，与IBM合作，由IBM帮忙筹建中国深圳第一个研发中心，人选入职2年内为IBM正式员工，2年后有机会转为摩根正式员工，会有更好的发展以及福利待遇。

面试流程：
面试三部分
online test（技术+英语）+ IBM PM面试+ JPMC客户端全英文面试

职位一：
1）Web - Application Developer: Java & J2EE - English
Job description
1. At least 2 years experiences in AJAX-base web development;
2. At least 3 years of experiences in designing J2EE applications using Oracle, SOA, Web Service, WESB, Web Design, UML, JMS and MQ;
3. Fluent English;
4. Good Communication skill, demonstrated leadership in team management is a good plus;

Java职位要点：
1）Band 6-7-8职位均有
2）英文流利，可以与外籍人士无障碍交流
3）熟悉JAVA Application，Web CS，熟悉多线程技术，JAVA性能调试
4）可长期BASE深圳，不需要出差

职位二：C#
Banking Sector - Industry Consultant: Consulting&Services - English
Job description
•Consultant and/or Project Manager of Wealth management/Investment Banking project.
•Drive organization growth by a sales activities
•resent organization's capability and case studies at customer visits
•Develop detailed work plan and estimation in proposal activities
•Knowledge gathering from global and restructuring materials for client. Its for project planning, project management, solution design (ex. selection criteria, analysed result, benchmark model, business logic )
Requirements:
•Experienced as a Consultant and/or a Project Manager of Wealth management/Investment Banking project. (ex. JPMC, UBS etc.)
•Knowledge of investment, accounting, financial products.
•At least 8 years IT industry experiences.
•At least 8 years banking or financial market project experiences
•Fluent English language in both verbal and writing (must have)
•Ability to manage Global Relationships and effective client relationships
•Good communication and presentation skills
Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 4 years experience in Core Banking and IT Architecture experience
English: Fluent

C#职位要点：
1）Band7-Band8
2）英文流利，可以与外籍人士无障碍交流
3）熟悉任何平台的C#（非嵌入式）
4）可长期BASE深圳
PS：C#这个JD年限和技术要求太严格，不用完全参考JD，只要能满足以上的职位要点即可

注：band 6 一般是3-5年工作经验
    band 7 一般是5-8年工作经验
    band 8 一般是8年以上工作经验
