rhel安装MySQL的问题

我在rhel上安装MySQL时遇到下面的问题，

[root@RHEL6 ~]# yum -y install MySQL*

我在网上看过不少解决方案，比较多使用的是


yum -y remove mysql*


然后再安装。。。。

但是这个我认了，不通，不知何解，请问有没有朋友也有我这种问题，可以分享下么？？
