From dance to fashion during Fashion Week in the city. Of course, many population know that New York is one of the world's style capitals. Mr. BURROWS: Well, I think you receive changed by everything you suppose and hear. You're like a sponge, absorbing whatever info or condition is round object you, politically, socially, culturally. And after you sit down to arrange it all comes out.
