安装powerpath时出现了问题

我刚在小机rx6600上安装11i v3的系统，现在要安装powerpath，可是遇到了这样的问题，请问怎么解决？

我已经修改过文件了权限了

文件的类型也正确
# file /tmp/powerpath/EMCPower.HPUX.PI.5.1.SP2.GA.b113.tar
/tmp/powerpath/EMCPower.HPUX.PI.5.1.SP2.GA.b113.tar:    tar file

我是用scp来传送文件的，文件应该没问题！！请问该怎么解决？？？

直接用TUI安装呢？

    弹出个对话框，错误信息跟上面的一样！

检查过能否直接解压开这个tar文件么？不行的话那就是安装文件损坏了。可以的话就找EMC问下~

如果安装文件没问题，还有就是重启下swagentd看看~
