流控问题

带宽资源总是有限的，永远不够用，就像硬盘一样，只会有人嫌80G不够用，不会有人嫌160G太多。\r\n把流量进行分类，哪些是关键的，哪些是可以在队列里排队的，哪些是在资源紧张时丢弃的，然后实施QOS。

流量限制应该都会把超出流量的包丢弃吧，我的理解是这样的

Qos只是分类进行流量整形，我想知道在路由器左右出口带宽不一样的情况下，是不是只有丢包才能正常通讯？还有没有其他的机制？
