[AIX] Root 口令丢失？？？

新接手一台 AIX 4.3.3 机器，Root 口令丢失，我除了重装系统之外，还有别的办法吗？？？ 急！急！急！各位帮忙！！！

用AIX 系统光盘第一张启动机器（按5从光盘启动），进入到修复模式，选择mount  / ，进入到/etc下，vi  passwd ，修改root密码，如：将 root0:0::/:/usr/bin/ksh  中的 ! 去掉，保存退出，按正常启动顺序启动，用root 登录，没有密码，直接进入！然后就可以根据需要设置密码了！ :p :p :p

1、将AIX V4.系统光盘（Volume 1 of 4）放入RS6000小型机光驱 \r\n，关机重启。 \r\n2、对于图形显示器，在出现“喇叭”的图形前，按F5键 \r\n对于字符终端或显示器，在出现“speak”之前，按5键 \r\n3、系统从光驱引导 \r\n4、出现以下选项后，按F1键后，按回车键： \r\nType the F1 key and press enter to use this display as \r\nthe system console. \r\n5、出现以下选项后，选择“1”： \r\n1 Type 1 and press enter to have English during install. \r\n6、出现以下选项后，选择“3”进入系统维护菜单： \r\n1 Start install now with default settings \r\n2 Change/show installation settings and install \r\n3 Start Maintenance Mode for System Recovery \r\n7、出现以下选项后，选择“1”： \r\n1 Access a Root Volume Group \r\n2 Copy a System Dump to Removable Media \r\n3 Access Advanced Maintenance Functions \r\n4 Install from a System Backup \r\n8、出现以下提示后，选择“0”： \r\nIf you choose to a root volume group,you will \r\nno be able to return to the Base Operating System \r\nInstallation menus without rebooting. \r\nType the number of your choice and press Enter. \r\n0 Continue \r\n9、出现以下提示后，选择“1”： \r\nAccess a Root Volume Group Type the number for a \r\nvolume group to display the logical volume information \r\nand press Enter. \r\n1)Volume Group ... ... disks: \r\nhdisk0 ... hdisk1 ... \r\n10、出现以下提示后，选择“1”： \r\n1)Access the Volume Group and start a shell \r\n2)Access the Volume Group and start a shell \r\nbefore mounting filesystems \r\n11、进入单用户维护系统，出现“＃”号。 \r\n12、运行passwd，重设root口令（可以为空） \r\n13、一般都运行一下sync \r\n14、关机重启: shutdown –Fr\r\n\r\n:p :p
