关于系统微码请教!!!

各位好：\r\n   \r\n     两台机器做cluster,ibm的工程师说系统的微码最好是一样的。\r\n\r\n     问题如下：\r\n     \r\n     1，需要看那些硬件的微码？如何看是lsvg -vpl device 么？\r\n\r\n     2，如何升级？在那个运行级别升级？需要注意那些？\r\n\r\n     谢谢。\r\n \r\n     mrcenter\r\n       mrcneter@sina.com\r\n\r\n     那位升级过给个安装文档！

去IBM的网站下载这个机型的微码，然后通过串口来升级。

你说的升级是升级系统板吧。是否还有其他的比方说ssa卡，硬盘的微码也要升级那？\r\n\r\n能否说明白些。\r\n\r\n谢谢。

升级微码下载处都有详细的介绍和说明。\r\n不是通过串口，很简单的。

1,lscfg -vp | grep -F .CL\r\n2, mkdir /tmp/fwupdate\r\n   make sure it is empty before proceeding\r\n3, cd /tmp/fwupdate \r\n    chmod +x 7025F80F.BIN \r\n./7025F80F.BIN\r\n    目录下增加CL011206.img      ReadMe.TXT\r\n4,sum CL011206.img \r\n   The output will look like this ------->;  56006   3158  CL011206.img \r\n   The checksum is -------------->;  56006 \r\n5，cd /usr/lpp/diagnostics/bin \r\n     ./update_flash -f /tmp/fwupdate/CL011206.img\r\nThe checkpoints 99FF and 99FD alternately appear while the update is in progress\r\n6，Updating with the Diagnostics Service Aid\r\n  a) Invoke the Service Aids from either on-line or standalone diagnostics. \r\n  b) Choose Update System or Service Processor Flash. \r\n  c) Select \'File System\' as the source of the flash update image file. \r\n      The fully qualified path name of the update file is /tmp/fwupdate /CL011206.img \r\n  d) Press \'F7\' key to \'Commit\' the update\r\n7，确认升级成功
