RING, STAR, BUS的问题在这里全乱套

2003 500题里有这么一道：\r\nan organization is considering installing a lan in a site under construction. If system availability is the main concern, which of the following topologies is the most appropriate?\r\n1) Ring\r\n2) Line\r\n3) Star\r\n4) Bus\r\n\r\nthe correct answer is 1)Ring.\r\n众所周知，环形网最大的问题就是传递令牌时一定是单向的，所以整个网络要运行必须保持环是通的，任何一点断掉的话整个环就会崩溃，除非作了双环或BYPASS。但题目没有这样交待呀。\r\n\r\n高手们有何见教？该题在2003 500题的31页C2－3。

选项中没有说明单环还是双环，牵强一点说，题目中关注的是availability,如果是双环就只有这个最满足题意，其他的就不满足。 如果是单环，没有一个满足题意的！

这两道题好像有点矛盾。不知道其他人有什么解释？

As what is mentioned in the question RING, STAR, BUS: system availability is the most concern, so ring or bus is the most effective. but as ring is more cheap and robust, we choose ring. (ring is not the simple meaning of ring you look up in dictionary , it is the same as \"token-ring\" which is developed by IBM)
