Position: Network Business Principal Consultant (Director level)\r\nReporting Line:  Professional Service VP \r\nLocation: Beijing        \r\n-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------\r\n\r\nJob Summary\r\n\r\nOur client is the world leader in telecommunications providing a range of products and professional services. The company is looking to recruit a Network Business Principal Consultant who will lead a Practice Team in the World Wide Service Organization Solution Sector, supported by the Solution Director, and will work closely with Sales team and other practice teams in providing total solutions and professional services to clients – Carriers and large-size Enterprises. This position will be measured through supporting the sales team revenue realization and customer satisfaction improvement.\r\n\r\nResponsibilities\r\n\r\n·        Direct responsibility for establishing and maintaining revenue, funnel growth and customer satisfaction targets.\r\n·        Support development/execution of Professional Service account plan with sales team.\r\n·        Direct responsibility for developing the practice team to meet requirements for skills, expertise, etc and managing the resources from inside and outside the section.\r\n·        Define strategy to develop pro-active offers/solutions to meet potential/new opportunities.\r\n·        Pricing and bid strategies.\r\n·        Potential service delivery roles including project managing, supervising, consulting and direct delivery, etc.\r\n\r\n\r\nRequirements\r\n\r\n·        MBA is preferred.\r\n·        At least 5 years management position/experiences.\r\n·        Consulting selling experiences.\r\n·        Experiences and understanding of industry (Telecom, IT, etc.).\r\n·        Understanding customers (Carrier, Enterprise, etc.) needs.\r\n·        In depth knowledge of telecom products, technology development trends and service marketing.\r\n·        Excellent skills in analyzing service business and markets.\r\n\r\n_______________________________________________________\r\nEmail your resume to mhlys@21cn.com
