Job description
职责描述:
1. 在大中型IT项目中对项目方案的实施提供分析和创造能力。
2. 提供技术建议给项目相关的成员，项目经理，组员/组长，以及客户。
3. 协助项目平衡技术工作并消除实施/销售/人员可能造成的风险。
4. 提供指导建议，并能够判断新的IT服务机会并提供相应的技术知识帮助方案的拓展。
5. 提供技术领导力，为硬件和软件的服务销售提供架构开发，技术解释以及方法论证将是发展方向。
6. 提供平台，流程以及架构方面的能力给客户项目。

Job Responsibilities
1. The I/T Specialist provides analytical ability and creativity in developing and implementing solution deliverables for medium and large size projects.
2. Provides technical advice to project managers and team leaders, as well as giving technical direction to team members including IBM, subcontractors, or client personnel.
3. Assists in the project for balancing of technical work assignments with team members' technical skills to mitigate risk on the project/engagement/proposal.
4. Provides technical guidance to newer or less experienced team personnel. Assists and, on occasion, is responsible for identifying new billable I/T services opportunities and provides the technical knowledge in the sale of hardware and software solutions.
5. Assists in selling hardware and software products where appropriate. This can involve participating and providing specialty leadership in the development, packaging and distribution of a solution, or the justification, requirements or proof-of-concept in a proposal project.
6. This position requires knowledge across several platforms, processes or architectures.

任职资格
1. 项目相关经验：
- 至少3年和3个项目的服务器和存储项目实施经验
- 有较强的基础架构设计能力
- 熟悉IT生命周期管理
2. 技术相关经验：
- 在UNIX平台方面有至少3年的经验
- 在服务器和存储方面有至少5年的经验
- 熟悉IBM Power服务器平台
- 熟悉AIX、PowerHA
- 有PowerVM的实施经验
- 有存储、网络和备份方面的知识
- 有System Director和VMControl方面的知识
3. 沟通能力方面要求：
- 有兴趣成为系统架构设计师
- 较强的技术文档写作能力
- 良好的团队合作和沟通能力

Job Requirements
1. Project Delivery Requirements:
- 3 years experience in Server and storage project engagement and delivery
- 3 projects related to Infrastructure delivery
- Have good ability in infrastructure design such as requirement analysis,solution document,detail design and operation design
- Familiar with IT management life cycle
2. Technical Requirements:
- 3 years experience in UNIX platform
- 5 years experience in Server and Storage delivery
- Have good background knowledge of Power platforms
- Familiar with operating systems with AIX
- Experience on high availability skill with PowerHA
- Hands-on experience on IBM PowerVM virtualization
- Knowledge in network, storage and backup is a plus
- knowledge in System Director with vmcontrol is a plus
3. Communication Skill Requirements:
- Passion to be a system analyzer and designer
- Strong verbal and written skill in technical document
- Good teamwork and communication skill
