• Steeped in 5+ years of web architectures and development that could cover, but not limited to:
o Solid experience in at least one popular eCommerce platform (IBM Websphere, ATG, Hybris, Demandware, …etc.)
o eCommerce end-to-end implementation experience
o CMS
o Mobile channels
o Web analytics
o UX
o Agile/ Scrum development
o Web Services
o MVC
• Solid development background (scripting and compiled)
• Sound strategic thinking for digital businesses
• Flexible in picking up new technologies
• Gathering and developing functional requirements
• Lead web development projects/ teams
• Work with executive level professionals to drive business results. Hence excellent communication is a must have.
• Familiarity with enterprise environments (eg. .NET/ Java) is a plus
• Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English
