key responsibilities：
Working is a global environment to provide Day to Day support, monitoring Business Applications and Systems running on Unix and Linux Operating Environment (IBM AIX and Red Hat Linux). The candidate should understand the Risk Assessment process and be aware of the importance having proper controls for Information security and vulnerability prevention through patch installation process following the server configuration/build.
He/she will properly communicate with both business groups and other IT teams to achieve the assigned duties. Escalation of incidents and pro-active prevention of outages through system resource monitoring and proper Server administration are some of the tasks required to be performed as part of the operational Job. Communications with business units via the appropriate channels provided by CSJ, for maintenance, scheduled outages or outage like situations.
Perform project management tasks as assigned.
Create, update and enhance written Standard Operating Procedures and documentation using guidelines focused on ease of understanding and completeness.
Perform after-hours or weekend server maintenance as needed
