教育程度 General Education
本科以上学历,专业: 信息系统、计算机或相关专业
Level of degree        Bachelor degree or above
Major Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
工作经验 Employment experience
需具有2年以上业务分析或需求分析经验。
At least 2 year experience in business analysis or requirement analysis.
证书/技能 Certificates/Technical skills
优秀的中英语听说写能力，善于沟通；
Excellent command of listening, spoken and written English and Mandarin, Strong communication skills

技能要求 BASIC REQUIRED
具有优秀的逻辑思维能力，并具有需求判断、引导、控制能力；
Strong Logical thinking, excellent requirement analysis, guiding, control capability
具有优秀的文档编写能力，能完成高质量的需求说明书等相关文档；
Excellent document writing skill, capable to complete related requirement specification documents in high quality
熟练使用微软office, visio和相关的工具。
Good command of MS. Office, Visio and related PC tools
具有车载信息系统技术背景者优先
Technical background in telematics system development will be a plus.
熟练使用UML者优先
Familiarity of UML is a strong plus

岗位职责/JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
与公司各业务职能部门沟通，讨论并分析系统的需求；
Communicate with company related department，discuss and analyze the business requirements.
理解并按照要求编写需求文件, 用例, 系统规格说明书
Understand business requirements and translate to business requirement document, use cases, and System requirement specification.
审查相应的业务需求，业务流程并提出建议性的解决方案
Reviews related business requirements, business processes and recommends related to proposed solution.
参与系统开发的相应阶段，提供需求达成的协助
Assist in related system development phases, and provide assistance to requirement validation
