Senior Technologist(Senior Software Engineer)
- 硕士3-5年工作经验
- Java coding 强
- 能用python写脚本
- Education background from reputable university is preferred
Responsibility
• Identify project opportunity, define solution architecture, and design software implementation under aggressive timelines.
• Follow common adopted agile development process and improve it by proactive practices, with the technical designs created for conformance to development standards, appropriate design choices.
• Research and evaluate third party software for usage in development lifecycle to aid efficiency and/or quality.
• Utilize ingenuity and inventive thinking to evaluate options for design and deriving the best solutions based on sound analytical judgment, experience and the customer needs.
Requirements
* Masters or Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
* 3+ years of professional software architecture and development experience.
* Extensive programming experience in Python or Java; Knowledge on Spring MVC/Ruby is a plus.
* Knowledge of Linux and L2-L7 networking.
* Experience with RDBMS, NOSQL, or messaging systems (e.g., RabbitMQ).
* Strong working knowledge of web services development, SOAP and REST.
* Working experience with OpenStack, Pivotal CloudFoundry, VMWare vCenter or other cloud management frameworks will be a plus.
* Working knowledge of configuration management frameworks (e.g., Puppet, Chef, Juju, mCollective) will be a plus.
* A quick learner and an innovator; Being a bit of a geek is a plus.
* Good communication skills of both verbally and writing using Chinese and English language, as well as to be able to drive conversation with oversea peers.

Principal Software Engineer
- 硕士6年/本科7年以上
- 能用Java或者脚本语言写code
- 有数据库的经验,如SQL/Non SQL,
- 用过teradata,Hadoop等做过数据分析
- 懂machine learning/数据建模(是附加分不是必须)
- Education background from reputable university is preferred
Responsibilities
• Provides overall functional and technical leadership in all Software Life Cycle stages of the projects.
• Authors concise functional and technical design specifications.
• Follows and enforces development processes, best practices and standard procedures using agile development approach include test-driven development.
• Generates relevant new ideas and innovations for new and improved use of technology.
• Works as an architect and provides consultant to other team members.
• Works within a global team to quickly deliver high-quality software solution
Experience & Skills
• Strong experience leading an enterprise architecture design and technologies selection in project development.
• Strong Ability to work independently as well as with team.
• Good English verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong experience in Java, web application and database application – Java/J2EE, Java Design Patterns, Spring, Struts, Hibernate, EJB, JSP, JQuery, HTML5, Java Script, CSS, Rest API development, Web Services, Webservers, Applications Servers along with strong database skills in Postgres/GreenPlum and MySQL.
• Experience in Hadoop, data analytic, machine learning is good plus.
• BS/MS Computer Science with minimum 6 years of relevant software development experience, research experience is a plus.

Technical Support Engineer

Qualifications:

• A passion for customers and a strong desire/interest to handle a variety of technical and business issues for customers including very basic issues and political and complex issues, and issues that are ambiguous and require identification.
• Superior analytical and problem solving skills. Strong Ability in multi-tasking and prioritize work environment.
• Effectively communicate on a peer level with IT professionals within customer accounts to quickly and accurately recommend and communicate solution strategies.
• Facilitate timely resolution of customer’s problems by logging and maintaining status of problem and problem resolution in call tracking system.
• Effectively document and communicate customer questions, issues, and requirements to support management, product management and development.
• Document issues, resolutions, and specific implementation scenarios in the knowledge database
• As a 24X7X365 organization shift work, holidays responsibilities may be required.
Work Experience Requirements:
• Strong Linux/Unix administration background
• Architectural understanding of one or more operating systems (NT, HPUX, Solaris, AIX, Linux, NetWare)
• Architectural understanding of one or more relational databases (MS Exchange, Oracle, SQL, Sybase, Informix, Lotus Notes) is preferred
• Strong understanding of ESX, VMware, vCloud and other virtualization technology such as Hyper-V is preferred.
• A minimum of four (4) years of technical support experience in supporting products at the enterprise level.
• Strong working knowledge in the area of storage technologies such as RAID, and Backup Software is plus.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with proven ability in trouble shooting, resolution of the issues and debug data analysis.
• Ability to analyze and tune relational database and operating system performance is a plus
• Networking skills is a plus.
