EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
•Responsible for delivery of end to end architecture design and development.
•Research the cutting edge relevant technology on the enterprise management systems
•Work with the solution management team, management and lead developers for delivery of
entire solution to the final product specifications.
•Constantly involved in all phases' review of solution / architecture / design during the whole
program cycle.
•Coach and mentor SW engineers and produce guideline to improve quality, design and
implementation efficiency in future product releases.
•rovide architectural feedback and considerations to solution and management team to refine
solutions, plans, and quality delivery.
•Work across organization and location boundaries to achieve objectives.
•Take an active posture to design product roadmap, strategy and architecture.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Competency:
•Bachelor's, Master’s or Ph.D. degree in a technical discipline (e.g. computer science,
information technology, math, etc.)
•6+ Years of industry experience in software development, at least 2 years of architecture
experience in enterprise solutions
•International company experience and cross country team collaboration is a definite plus
•Development Management experience is a plus
•With wide range of knowledge of, but not restricted to:
•Rich experience in the definition and implementation of software architectures within
commercial product development
•Rich experience in patterns of enterprise application architecture, such as layering, web
presentation, OR mapping, concurrency, distribution
•Strong requirement analysis skills. Familiar with common requirement gathering methods
•Strong software design capability, familiar with OO analysis and design methods and tools
•roficiency in C++, JavaScript, Java or .Net framework and technologies
•Extensive knowledge and experience of EJBs, Servlets, DCOM, Web Service, Cobra or other
component technology

SAP B1 Architect

•SOAP /JDO /Struts/ Spring/ SOA / OOD knowledge
•Database design, concurrent transaction development skill on SAP HANA, SQL-Server or other
prevailing DBMS is must. Tuning and troubleshooting experience is a plus
•Familiar to UML and other mainstream development and design tools
•Skill on SAP product and solution is a strong plus
•Experience in ERP, CRM, SCM, MRP is a plus

SAP  database specialist

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
• Design and develop business logic functionalities such as Accounting, Banking, Tax,
Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, CRM, etc. on-demand and on-premise for small enterprises.
• Coordinate and take tasks in the full product development life cycle – from requirement
comprehension, design, coding, to testing and correction
• Communicate and collaborate with global product management and development team
around the world to deliver the enhancements and innovations in time and quality
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Key Requirement:
• Bachelor degree or higher on computer science or related
• Proficient in database theory, troubleshooting and performance tuning
• Solid experience in at least one popular RDBMS, SQL Server is preferred
• Proficient in Linux or Unix administration, performance tuning and high availability
• Knowledge in hardware configuration (like RAID) and optimization is a plus
• Familiar with C++, .NET or Java. C++ is preferred
• Good English (written & oral) and communication skills

B1 - DevOps Engineer

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
• Maintain the service continuity of our SaaS ERP solution via establishing appropriate
operational tools, monitoring metrics, and tracking platform availability, throughput and
performance.
• Optimize the day-to-day cloud operation by leveraging 3rd party tools like Salt, Zabbix,
based on a deep understanding of product architecture.
• Communicate and collaborate with global product management, support, development
and QA team around the world to fulfill the requirements in time and quality.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Key Requirement:
• Bachelor degree or higher in computer science, software engineering, mathematics or
relevant information technology area
• Proficient in script language like Python, Perl, Ruby
• Linux admin experience
• DB administration experience, e.g. clustering setup, backup
