Thorlabs is looking for Software QA Engineer to join the Imaging Laser-Scanning Cytometry (LCS) software team. LSC system combines the advantages of flow and image cytometry into a single system that provides unparalleled flexibility and power for rapid measurements of biochemical constituents or evaluating cell morphologies. This job is to drive product quality for LCS software.
索雷博招募软件测试工程师加入成像激光扫描血细胞计数器(LCS)系统的软件团队。LCS系统将流式细胞术和图像细胞分析术的优势结合成一个单独的系统，具有快速测量生化成分或评估细胞形态的能力，以及无与伦比的灵活性。该职位负责提高LCS系统的产品质量。

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
职责描述
1.        Accountable for ensuring Thorlabs's software products meet or exceed specified standards and end-user requirements.
负责确保索雷博软件产品达到或超过规定标准和终端用户的需求
2.        Develop test plans and reporting frameworks
开发测试计划和汇报框架
3.        Work with develop team to drive resolution of bugs
与开发团队合作解决错误
4.        Determines the appropriate quality initiatives to implement during each phase of the software development life cycle.
在软件开发的每个阶段确定适当的质量举措来执行
5.        Documents and works to resolve discovered software defects.
完成发现软件缺陷的文件和工作
6.        Reports progress on software performance test resolution; assesses risk associated with performance and makes go/no-go recommendations to leadership.
汇报软件性能测试的进展；评估与软件性能相关的风险，并且给出继续/停止的建议


JOB REQUIREMENTS
职位要求
1.        Bachelor degree of computer science or relevant discipline (or equivalent work experience).
计算机技术等相关专业本科学历（或相关工作经验）
2.        Minimum of 2 years’ experience in software development or software testing.
至少两年软件开发或软件测试工作经验
3.        Disciplined in software test and verification methodologies
具备软件测试和验证方式的经验
4.        Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
具有较强的解决问题和分析思考能力
5.        High quality standard and attention to details.
具有高质量标准和对细节的关注
6.        Good communication skills and team work spirit
良好沟通能力和团队协作精神
7.        Fluency in written English is also required.
流利的书面英语也是必须的



Preferred:
优先条件:
1.        Experience in unit test
有单元测试经验者优先
2.        Experience in testing Medical Devices or other Devices a plus.
有医疗设备或其它设备测试经验者优先
3.        Experience with script languages, such as Python, C++, C#
有脚本语言经验者优先，例如Python, C++, C#
4.        Experience with UI automation technologies and tools
有UI自动化技术和工具经验者优先
