truncate table cust_type_sj
ora-00054:resource busy and acquire with NOWAIT specified

请问：我中断了db_link后，为什么不能truncate 表

你要清除的表被锁了。
kill 掉锁表进程；方法：
select rpad(oracle_username,10) o_name,session_id sid,/*os_user_name, */
      decode(locked_mode,0,'None',1,'Null',2,'Row share',
            3,'Row Exclusive',4,'Share',5,'Share Row Exclusive',6,'Exclusive') lock_type,
      process,       object_name from v$locked_object,all_objects
where v$locked_object.object_id=all_objects.object_id;

然后：
select sid,serial#  from v$session;
查出了sid,serial#
然后
alter system kill session 'sid,serial#'
你再truncate 就行了。
