为什么我装solaris 9 sparc会这样啊？

我在sun.com下的solaris 9 for sparc ,装在U5上，结果第一张盘快结束时，就出现这个了，已经好几次了，我该怎么办啊？？？？各位大大救救我吧！

安装的时候提示错误了吗

安装时有时会出现    Segmentation Fault 的说，
如：
