[紧急]OEM在10g下总是认为DB状态为 DOWN (Win2k平台)

Win2k sp4平台 ，内存 512M 硬盘空间足够。
sqlplus 确认数据库已经启动.
可是登录 http://localhost:5500/em 以sys用户登录后总是显示数据库状态为 down ?
我查看 alter_ORCL.log 没有发现任何错误信息。收集
$ORACLE_HOME\OC4J_DBConsole_IBM-Station_orcl\LOG 目录下和 $ORACLE_HOME\IBM-Station_orclSYSMAN\LOG 目录下的日志信息打包见附件，摘要信息如下

make sure your OS user that has "run as batch job" privilage,

check it from "local security policy" in "control panel"

lsnrctl 状态正常，sqlplus 可以通过 sqplus sys/sys@orcld 登录。
"run as batch job "权限已经赋予Administrator了。
我仔细看了看日志，好像是 sqlnet.ora 的问题，emagent无法连接数据库。今天再试试看。有个metalink帐号就好了。

是 sqlnet.ora 的问题 ， 把 NTS 改为 NONE ，然后
emctl stop dbconsole
emctl start dbconsole
即可。
