是不是我没有安装C编译环境

是！没有装gcc！

可能已经有了gcc,但是你的变量$PATH里面没有设置gcc的路径.
建议which gcc
export | egrep $PATH
或者有cc等其他编译工具也可以在configure里指定已经安装的编译器
