有一个客户要求用serviceguard实现oracle database的双机和weblogic的双机。
但是，为什么不用oracle rac（当然还有serviceguard extension for RAC）呢？为什么不将weblogic做成cluster呢？
有没有那位打侠给指点一下。这两种双机方式的优劣？
还请问，如何实现oracle database的双机配置（不用rac的）

There are many ways to do the same thing, remember that you can write many different programs to print out "Hello World"?

If your customer wants ServiceGuard for Oracle/webLogic, why do you have to question them? Maybe they don't like the RAC, or maybe they don't want to pay the extra money for the RAC.

To implement the ServiceGuard for oracle is not a simple task, there are many requirements and steps. You can post the message to HP-UX forum for more help.
