问有关netscape的问题。

多用户或者单用户模式root图形下。
打开netscape，半天没有反映。
之后会弹出对话框，具体内容：

Netcape has detected a  ./netscape/lock file.
This may idicate that another user is running Netscape  using your /.netscape files
It appears to be running on host scosysv under process -ID 806
You may continue to use Netscape but you will be unable to use the disk cathe .global history. ro your personal certificates.
Otherwise. you may choose Cancle, make shur that you are not running another Netscape. Navigator, restart Netscape.

但是无论我选择OK还是CANCLE，Netscape 都没有不能打开，
我进入/.Netscape目录下，发现有一个lock@文件，删除后，再打开Netscape还是一样的报错。

但是我在非root模式下可以打开Netscape.

这是怎么回事啊？
