Position 1:  Team Lead (Dalian)
Position Responsibility:
1)        lead a small team (up to 6 developers)
2)        Elicit requirements
3)        Perform architecture and design,
4)        C++ development/test

Qualification:
1)        4 – 6 years IT working experience
2)        More than 3 years design experience in C++ and object-oriented projects
3)        Be accomplished in C++/STL/Boost
4)        Be familiar with Unix/Linux multi-threading development.
5)        Be familiar with UML modeling language
6)        Financial/Hedge fund knowledge will be highly preferred
7)        CMM/CMMI knowledge will be preferred

Position 2:  Senior Software Engineer (Dalian)
Position Responsibility:
1)        Design
2)        C++ development/test

Qualification:
1)        More than 3 year years IT working experience
2)        More than 1 years Design Experience in C++ and object-oriented projects
3)        Be accomplished in C++/STL/Boost
4)        Be familiar with Unix/Linux multi-threading development.
